This ring is inspired by the enso, a Japanese word meaning, "circular form." Translated into English, it means, "Zen circle." Often, an enso is depicted as a circle that is hand-drawn with an uninhibited brushstroke to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create.
Each ring is handcrafted in 14k gold by hammering a circular form, transitioning the direction of the hammer strokes from the front to the side of the circle to create dimension and an organic quality. Simple, elegant, understated and meaningful.
